Parent Involvement Month Activities
St. Francis of Assisi School
March 2008 Parents joined their children's Title I classes at St. Francis of Assisi School during Parent Involvement Month for a range of activities. One parent, for example, read a Tai Won Do book to the class, and then her child, appropriately attired, demonstrated Tai Won Do. In the photos below, a mother read Clark the Toothless Shark, a pop-up book by Corrine Mellor, to the second graders. The students then designed a shark page and had a treat.  Listening to
